Introduction

On this blog I plan to post images from photo outings in the Washington DC metro area (and also the occasional photo from elsewhere).  I am just starting to enjoy photography as a serious hobby and still have much to learn.  I plan to post images which I think turned out well and ones that didn't turn out as well as I hoped.
